Payments


Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise stated by the veterinarian. We accept a variety of payment options including cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and CareCredit. If you have any concerns with payment, please discuss this with a receptionist prior to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy


If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please call our office as soon as possible. We do understand that  emergencies can arise and last minute things can come up but if possible we kindly ask that you notify our office at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.


If we are notified less than 24 hours in advance, a non-refundable deposit may be collected prior to scheduling your next appointment. Deposits are $62 and will be used toward your next appointment. The only way you "lose" your deposit is if you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours.

Late Policy


We allow for a 5 minute grace period, if you have not checked in or contacted our office within that time you will be considered a "no-show." Depending on how we are booked for that day, we may offer that your appointment be pushed to a later time or we may need to reschedule.


Upon Doctor's discretion a late fee of $30 may be applied to your invoice if you are seen the same day.


If we reschedule your appointment, a non-refundable deposit will be collected prior to rescheduling.

Prescription Policy


When requesting refills of medications and food please email or call our office. We do request that you give us at least 72 hours to prepare these refills for you.


Have the following information available:

- The name of the drug/product you are requesting

- The amount that you would like refilled

- The current dosing that you are administering to your pet


Picking up medications from somewhere else?

We will gladly write a written prescription to be filled at outside pharmacies at the doctor's discretion. We do request that these be requested ahead of time and allow 48 hours to prepare those for you.


Urgent Fee: A fee of $10 will be added if you are requesting that medications and/or written prescriptions be ready for pick up the same day.


Pre-Cutting Fee: A fee of $10 will be added if you are requesting that pills be pre-cut. Please note that pre-cutting may delay your refill since it does take a longer time to cut.


Lost Prescription Fee: There will be a $10 fee if you misplace a written prescription and need another prepared.
